The heat is upon us once again. I hope all are safe and cool, or if you must exert in the heat, do it safely.
We are now in the time when we have many outdoor activities, assuming one can handle the heat. Remember to keep dancing too. Hopefully your favorite dance location has working a/c.

Hi Everyone,
Whew! This heat is enough to wear you out by just going out in it! It was nice to have a break from the heat, but coming back was kind of tough. Of course, there is a storm banging around out there as I type this. Hopefully things will cool down for a little bit. Stay safe out there whether it’s the heat or the storms.
